To benefit our health, we are now introducing weekly Pilates sessions at CodeBase. Bring your mat and water to Bruntsfield Links room on D Level.

Pilates is a refreshing workout for both mind and the body. It visibly improves the appearance of the body, develops a strong core within, a strong back and flat abdominals. Regular exercise  allows  for muscles to become long, lean and flexible. It is gentle but also challenging.
