Each product is developed and owned by the team; they drive the development, design, and creative direction of the products in coordination with our directors, marketing, and analytics teams so we offer a real hands-on experience. 

The Opportunity

We are looking for Artists with strong 2D illustration and animation skills, ideally in Spine as well as Flash animation skills. 

Working within an ambitious project team, you will apply your creative, technical art skills and flair to create fun, addictive games with visually compelling and distinctive designs.

We are looking for candidates with experience of digital illustration and/or 2D/3D animation experience and a demonstrable flexibility in style ranging from cheerful, cartoon illustration to more detailed, grittier artwork.

  • Ready to adapt in a rapidly changing, fast-paced creative environment
  • Able to take direction well and, as required, constructively provide direction and guidance to others
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities, collaborate and excel in small team environments
  • Solid knowledge of, primarily, 2D art production and tools including Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator however strong 3D skills are a big plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to take direction well and, as required, constructively provide direction and guidance to others
  • Knowledge of current mobile, Facebook and casual games and passion and vision to help craft the next generation of social mobile games
  • Ability to contribute to visual design of game
  • Experience with Unity
  • Mentoring skills to assist with skill development and mentoring of internal artists
  • Contribute to visual design of game
  • Experience developing art for online, mobile, casual and/or social games
  • Understanding constraints and potential of technology
