The ideal candidate can:
Act as a lead point of contact for all matters specific to portfolio of customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Liaise with sales and product to ensure timely, efficient delivery of solutions based on customer needs
Forecast and track key account metrics
Work with business development to identify and pursue growth opportunities
