We are currently seeking a full time Receptionist within our team. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for our tenants as well as their clients. You will be a key part of our community. The job is not a corporate one, we are professional but also very friendly - individuality is very much encouraged.

Responsibilities:

Reception

  • Greet visitors in a friendly and welcoming way, directing them as needs be

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and provide info when appropriate

  • Receive and sort mail

  • Maintain security by following procedures (signing people in, checking for security passes)

  • Keeping Google Groups and job postings up to date

  • Actively engage with the community

Meeting Rooms/Events

  • Booking out  meeting rooms for tenants

  • Organising and tidying the meeting rooms on a regular basis

  • Assisting the Events team with organising and holding events

  • Keeping the Events schedule up to date (online and in house)

Facilities

  • Maintaining the maintenance schedule for the building

  • Assisting the team with organisation of maintenance workloads

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer facing role

  • Proficient with a computer - knowledge of the Google suite of tools - docs, drive, calendar, groups desirable

  • Ability to think on your feet, able to take initiative

  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure

  • Interest in technology and creative industries preferable

  • Punctuality

  • Genuine interest in people and a strong ability to relate

Information:

Salary: £18, 000 (per annum) with a generous holiday package and company pension. This is a full-time role.

Start Date: ASAP
