Registers of Scotland, in collaboration with Ordnance Survey and the Geospatial Commission have been working towards the creation of Geovation Scotland.
Geovation Scotland will bring economic benefit, promote open innovation, and provide start-ups with supported access to data whilst harnessing the opportunities of working alongside tech and geospatial communities.
The Geovation Scotland Hub will be an environment aimed at fostering innovation, creativity and collaboration across traditional boundaries and will be open for the geospatial community to use and be part of.
The Geovation Scotland Programme is a funded accelerator. It offers the opportunity for property and geospatial technology start-ups to develop their businesses with full incubation, alongside residency within the Geovation Hub, for up to 12 months.
We would be delighted if you could join us on Thursday 23 May at Codebase Edinburgh for an introduction to Geovation Scotland, to hear some key success stories from those who have first-hand experience of the benefits of the accelerator programme, and to learn more about the benefits of getting involved.
