Community Catchup Scotland Session 3: Onboarding Experience(s)

Tl;dr: Join us the for the last session of Community Catchup Scotland. Whether you were able to join one of our previous Catchups or our one-day Community Gathering earlier this year, or this is your first time around, come and learn how to create a five star onboarding experience for your community!

What’s this all about?

Since January this year we’ve been gathering some folks together to explore the topic of Community- a vast and somewhat amorphous topic, with an incredible amount of untapped potential!

Following on from our previous sessions, and the conference we had in March- we’re looking to get folk back together to attend a mini-workshop on the subject of Onboarding.

We hope this session will give us an opportunity to learn together, share our various experiences and areas of expertise, and help create connections between folks interested in exploring the topic of community, and in this case specifically Onboarding!

Who is this for?

It might seem cheesy, but really anyone who is interested. There is perhaps a clearer through-line for those who are actively Community professionals, but we believe that anyone can benefit from further exploring these topics. Whether you’re looking to build a community around your product or organisation, build networks, or just engage with the wider ecosystem, broadening your understanding of community could have a great deal of benefit.

Where is this happening?

In the spirit of our previous Community Catchups, where we met on Gather.town, this time we'll be on Toucan.events! Keep an eye on your emails to know more on how to join the platform -- we usually send some general guidelines a couple of days before the event, and a link to join half an hour before the event starts.
