Make It Social are on the look out for a full time Account Manager to join their Edinburgh based team at CodeBase.  They are a group of passionate and innovative individuals with a mission to make the world 'a truly social place'. The company offers a simple group booking solution that quickly integrates into clients' existing systems via API's. Once unified, the product captures the organic social group booker with a benefit of opening a marketing host for future generations.  They work with clients from a range of industries, including travel and events ticketing firms.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients
  • building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • demonstrating the Make It Social systems to clients and tailoring solutions to ensure awareness of all use cases
  • assisting with client training where necessary
  • communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • forecasting and tracking key account metrics
  • assisting with high severity support requests or issuing escalations as needed
  • traveling inside and outside of the UK to meet clients where necessary
  • assisting with conference and exhibition stands where necessary
  • assisting in sales meeting where necessary

This is a Permanent and Full Time position with an immediate start. Some degree of flexibility around the hours may be required during busier times. Salary negotiable depending on experience.  Deadline is Monday, March 7th at 5PM. Interviews will be held in the following week.
