Coach Logic is a video analysis and feedback platform for sports teams. We bring teams closer together and improve the use of video in player development. Our belief is that

We are a small team with BIG ambitions who combine a love of coaching, sport and all
things tech. The company has grown rapidly over the past 3 years and we now have users
across multiple countries including the UK, US, Canada and Australia. We are passionate

Our growth to date has been largely organic with a focus on inbound marketing strategies
through digital marketing, sharing great content via social media (Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram) and our blog. As our product is disruptive and changes the way coaches interact with their players, we have focussed on education and building a strong coaching

Reporting directly to the COO, the successful candidate will independently manage a team of marketers who specialise in specific disciplines, and work closely with the full team of customer experience delivery and product development professionals.

What you will do

  • Engage with target audience to design and implement a global marketing strategy in key markets and achieve ambitious growth goals
  • Design and oversee implementation of innovative and effective online marketing campaigns that win in terms of traffic acquisition, growth tactics and conversions
  • Lead a cross functional marketing team, supporting and executing across several marketing channels with hands on expertise
  • Set organisational KPIs, examine and analyse performance against measurable objectives to achieve desired ROI
  • Ensure campaigns are innovative by closely following sector developments and industry best practices
  • Briefing and management of agencies and external organisations to deliver outstanding results
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and effectively, ensuring absolute best value for money
  • Ensure evaluation measures are outcome-focused and an integral part of planning

We are looking for someone who is

  • Experienced and has a proven track record of managing and measuring highly effective integrated digital campaigns over social media, PR, influencer marketing, paid acquisition, SEO and SEM
  • Highly customer focussed with an ability to spot users’ needs and ‘pain points’
  • Happy to coach and happy to be coached
  • Proficient in a range of performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, etc, as well as social media monitoring and measurement tools
  • A strong communicator that is confident enough to lead and smart enough to adapt
  • Data driven with experience of identifying a range of relevant and credible information sources, recognising patterns and trends, and of using these to provide insight and evidence to support actions
  • Focussed on the success of the team
  • Managing a marketing budget, ensuring quality control and value for money at every stage of the campaign cycle

What would also be great is

  • Experience of working in a tech start-up
  • Project management experience on high profile marketing projects involving a range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with our Sales and Marketing CRM system Hubspot
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Knowledge of app analytics packages
