We are looking for a digital analyst to join our fast-growing Solutions Clan in London and Edinburgh.

The digital analytics team is growing rapidly and we need passionate digital analysts to join our team and help us in the next stage of our growth. The focus will be on driving our clients to digital maturity.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Digital Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients and their teams to clearly define briefs, specifications, objectives and timescales of digital insight projects.
  • Delivering on areas of digital insight such as campaign metrics, user journeys, conversion reporting, behavioural proofing and lots more to support iterative improvement of the clients digital proposition and performance.
  • Building a picture of a clients digital environment/tooling and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for in your resume

Essential Requirements:

Substantial experience in a digital analytics role
Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
Ability to interpret the outputs of web andmobile web analytics and turn into meaningful business insight
Significant experience in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (ideally both)
Conversant around website user experience design concepts and methods and able to identify pain points
Appreciation of website coding languages and their application: HTML, Java Script, CSS
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Business relevant subject

Desirable requirements:

Experience of Testing and Personalisation delivery and measurement e.g. using Test and Target
Experience of defining and delivering behavioural email campaigns from website interactions
Experience of using Adobe Campaign
Experience/understanding of PPC and SEO methods and measurement
Experience/understanding of Social media tracking and key metrics
Experience of online sales attribution tools and modelling methods
Understanding/experience of tag management solutions

Additional Desirable requirements:

Knowledge of Big Data tools.
Data mining and Statistical coding languages:  SQL, SAS, R, Python, Regex.
Digital analytics in cloud computing linking offline/online data (Adobe Work Bench, Google Big Query).
