What do these things have in common? Us! And hopefully, eventually, you. We work on a wide variety of technical projects and are looking for the right person to help raise our profile so that we can do even more weird and wonderful projects.

Based in CodeBase (Scotland’s largest tech incubator) you will be responsible for the growth, improvement and maintenance of Xi’s marketing function as described below. We are a multidisciplinary team of engineers who do real-world measurements and virtual prototyping to help our clients overcome their challenges and get to market quicker by merging the real world with the virtual.

Working closely with all members of the team, you will help to refine and translate their experiences and projects into marketing materials for different audiences (some commercial, some technical, some academic) this will include videos, technical papers, case studies, social media and blog posts alongside more traditional channels such as newsletters. Using the digital tools and marketing automation mentioned above you will be responsible for the follow up of all campaigns and helping to ensure that team members are easily able to interact with new potential clients. You will be expected to prepare monthly reports to be reviewed and used by the Operations Director and the Business Development team. You will need to ensure that the data entered into our various systems is high quality, correct and compliant with all relevant legislation (such as GDPR).
