Who are MarktoMarket?

MarktoMarket are a leading SaaS/DaaS (Software as Service/Data as a Service) business in the FinTech space. We help knowledge workers make significant acquisition and investment decisions. We’re well funded and our client base is growing quickly. We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives to help us win clients in the Private Equity, Investment Banking and Corporate Development markets.

What will I do day-to-day?

  • Identify Accounts that match our ideal customer profile, research key leads within those accounts and build prospecting lists

  • Develop strategies and content for account-based and persona-based outbound prospecting with highly personalised pitches

  • Build an understanding over the phone of the key pain points a lead has, their level of authority and whether they have budget for a subscription

  • Learn about our new product developments

  • Nurture leads by articulating our value propositions succinctly based on the pains they outline

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Executive within your team to refine your outreach and target accounts/personas

  • Pass sales qualified leads onto your dedicated Business Development Executive, and outline the key use cases, opportunities for value etc to help the Executive close deals

  • Report to the CCO

About you:

  • You enjoy researching and identifying prospective clients and their needs, and are adept in communicating value propositions to fit those needs

  • You have 0 – 1 years prospecting/sales development experience

  • You are a fast learner. You need to become an expert in our range of data products and how they benefit our clients. You’ll also need to learn about the markets we sell into

  • You are tenacious and organised. Successful prospecting requires grit and consistency

  • You are an excellent communicator, and are able to write and speak to the motives of a variety of personas in order to move them towards action

  • You are entrepreneurial and resourceful. You are responsible for sparking business opportunities out of nowhere, so need to be proactive in using the resources we give you to generate qualified leads
