In this fast paced world we know if can be difficult to switch off from work, every day life commitments and take time away from our screens; that’s why we have introduced yoga at ONE CodeBase.

Sue Samuel who has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaches yoga with movement and stillness in a modest flowing vinyasa style and will be sharing her knowledge and teachings of yoga here at ONE CodeBase.

It is £5 per session or £35 for a block of 8 sessions and we encourage you to bring your own mat as there are a limited number of spares. No booking necessary, these are drop in sessions.
