How Can You Make Your Freelance Practice More Sustainable? [Edinburgh]

  • CodeBase Edinburgh 37a Castle Terrace Edinburgh, Scotland, EH1 2EL United Kingdom (map)

Join us and our expert facilitator Mary Michel from Ostrero at CodeBase for a friendly, practical discussion.

About this event

The event is part of Creative Edinburgh’s Sustainable Practice & Innovation Project generously supported by the Scottish Government’s Ecosystem Fund which has been administered by the Scottish Enterprise.

During the session, you will have an opportunity to learn about simple steps that will make your creative practice future-proof by improving your understanding of sustainability and your ability to share it with customers and funders. This event comes in response to the difficulties faced by freelancers and small businesses, keen to better understand what environmental sustainability means for them but struggling to make a start. The participants will learn about more actionable steps, discussing easy wins and tougher challenges in the creative sector.

As we continue to deliver the Sustainable Practice & Innovation Project, we’ll be unlocking valuable tools and resources at each of our five planned events. Please consider joining us at other events which can be found on the project page linked above.

There are only 15 places available so book now to avoid disappointment!

Free refreshments will be provided throughout the session.
